A short story about me
I am Rovena — a former Olympic swimmer, certified Eckhart Tolle Teacher of Presence, and advanced student of Dr. Joe Dispenza's work. But before any of that, I was someone who had forgotten herself completely.

Who I am
My Story
I thought I understood discipline.
As a former Olympic swimmer, I had spent years training my body to perform at the highest level. I knew how to push through pain, how to show up, how to keep going no matter what. Discipline was something I had mastered.
But life had a different kind of lesson waiting for me.
When I was diagnosed with Lymphoma, everything stopped. The strength I had built, the identity I had carried — none of it prepared me for this. This was not a race I could train harder for. This was an invitation to go inward, whether I was ready or not.
And in that stillness — in the middle of fear, uncertainty, and everything falling away — I found something I had never found in any pool, any competition, any achievement.
I found myself.
That crisis became my greatest teacher. It led me to meditation, to the neuroscience-based work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, to the practice of presence through Eckhart Tolle's teachings — where I later became a certified Teacher of Presence. It led me to understand, in my body and not just my mind, that healing begins when we return to who we truly are beneath everything we have been carrying.
RESET with Rovena was born from that journey. Not from a business plan. Not from a course. From the lived experience of losing my way completely — and finding the path back, breath by breath.
If something brought you here today, I believe it wasn't an accident.
You already know it's time to come home.
